Out with the Old, In with the New

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's time to say good bye to 2016 and I have the perfect Digital Delights by Louby Loo image to say farewell.  Challenge #112 at Cut it Up Challenge Blog is sponsored by Digital Delights and the theme is Out with Old, In with the New.

The "good bye" sentiment is computer generated.  My OLD supplies include the patterned papers from Paper Studio's Eat Cake stack, and my Jaded Blossom Stitched Rectangle dies (oh, and my Copic markers).  The "Celebrate" word die and shadow is new from Neat and Tangled and the "curly border" die is new from Taylored Expressions.

Come on over to Cut it Up and share your new crafty goodies by joining Challenge #112.

Digital Delights by Louby Loo is offering a $5 voucher as the prize for this challenge.

Happy New Year!!!!!

Delightful Challenge #17

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's the 4th Thursday of the month so time for another Delightful Challenge sponsored by
Digital Delights by Louby Loo.

I've made a gift tag to celebrate the New Year.  It would be perfect to add to any hostess gift you're sharing.  I've used the pre colored version of New Year Baby Snow.

Funny story:  I had a different image and it was all laid out and ready to color.  Then I realized that the image said 2016!!!  Oops, that wasn't going to work so I quickly downloaded the pre colored version of Baby Snow and my project was saved.

I used Jaded Blossom's newest die sets, Scalloped Hexagons, Stitched Hexagons, and Words to create my tag.  I cut two words and off set them to make them pop a little more.

Thanks for stopping in today. I hope you'll play along with our challenge by adding  your project using the link above.

Wishing you a Very Happy New Year 2017!!

Jaded Blossom Guest Designer

Hi Crafty Friends,
Today I have the privilege of being one of Jaded Blossom's December Guest Designers.
I am a HUGE fan of all of JB's Dies and Stamps (yes, you can say I'm a definite groupie!)
I wanted to make a Christmas scene for my project.  Here's what I designed:
Jaded Blossom Dies used:
Christmas Dies 2
Scenic Dies
Border Dies 2
Jaded Blossom Stamps used:
Christmas Panels
Holiday Splatter
I also used Black Detail embossing powder, VersaMagic Chalk ink and some sequins.
Thank you Michelle and Candace.  It was so much fun choosing just the right JB products to bring my idea to life.  I'm so happy to have been chosen as one of your Guest Designers.

Holiday Secret Santa Treats Blog Hop

Hi Crafty Friends,
Today I'm participating in a joint blog hop presented by the Cut It Up and Die Cuttin' Divas design teams.

Welcome to this co-hop with Die Cuttin’ Diva and Cut It Up. We are so glad that you are joining us today and super excited to share our inspiration with you.

We have a line-up of DT members from both teams sharing Holiday Treats and we are hoping you enjoy them all. Our teams even had to play Secret Santa and send their project to a fellow team member as a surprise. It's all about the joy of giving this holiday season!

How about some prizes?
Georgiana is offering a surprise goodie pack.  And there is more blog candy being offered along the way.

Secret Santa's Rules…
1. Make sure you are a follower on each stop along this hop.
2. Leave a comment on each project and you will be entered to win one of the prizes.

Prize winners will be announced on Tuesday, December 13th.

I created my project for Katrina on the Cut it Up team.
I hope she enjoys this hot chocolate and treats gift.  I sure had fun creating it for her.

The hot chocolate holder is a Silhouette Design store file.  The Arched Handle box holding the "goodies" is from SVG Cutting Files.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut both files.  The patterned paper is from Carta Bella's Christmas Delivery set.  I also used Jaded Blossom Fall Dies (sign),  Mini Tag Dies 2, Winter Dies (snowflakes), Sweet Treats and Christmas Signs stamp sets.

Your next stop is... Leslie

If you get lost along the way, here is the line-up....
Larelyn (you're here!)

Thanks for being a part of the holiday giving season!
Stay Creative,
Georgiana  (Die Cuttin' Divas)
and

I'm entering this project in Jaded Blossom's Crafter's Choice monthly challenge and the Coffee Loving Cardmaker's 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.

Digital Delights' December Release

Hi Crafty Friends,

The December release at Digital Delights by Louby Loo includes even more adorable Christmas sets.  You'll want to visit the Digital Delights blog to see more projects using the release.

I created my project using the new Christmas Clover set.

I colored the image with Copic markers adding gold highlights with my gold gel pen.
The holly is from Jaded Blossom's Christmas die set.  I cut the image with my Scan N Cut2 and then popped it up using foam dimensionals.  Some tule and a bell finished the card.

Our Delightful Challenge is still open.  You can enter your project HERE.

Holiday Tic Tac Toe

Hi Crafty Friends,

Wow!!!  It's December and I'm so not ready for the holidays.  Eeek!!!!

We're having a fun challenge at Cut It Up Challenge Blog.  We're playing Tic Tac Toe to decide how to create or embellish our projects for Challenge #110.  Of course, the project must include a die cut.

Here's my project using an adorable image provided by our sponsor, Digital Delights by Louby Loo.

I colored Snowy using Copic markers and Stickles Frosted Lace for the fur on the hats.
I also used Jaded Blossom's Scallop Rectangle dies, Stitched Rectangle dies and Star dies.  I also added silver Stickles around the oval

Here's the Tic Tac Toe grid.  You may choose any direction.  I chose going across, Star, Glitter, Snowman.

It's such a fun challenge, I hope you'll join us.
